Application process


  Calendar Year (Jan. - Dec.)
 If you prefer to pay by check or money order you may download the application as before and send it to the address at the bottom of the application.  It is your resposibilty to confirm that we have received your application and payment prior to the event if you have not heard from us.  If you prefer to pay by credit card, Paypal or e-check please follow the process below.  Thank You.
 

 Instructions:

(Please follow instructions carefully).

Step 1 - 
Select your Membership option below by clicking on the pay now button.
Step 2 - This will take you to the check out area.  Follow the instructions provided.
Step 3 - You will receive a Receipt ID number via your email.  We will also receive a notice containing this number informing us of the payment.
Step 4 -Download and complete the membership application making certain that the Receipt ID number is entered correctly so we can match it with your payment.

Step 5 - Click on the submit button at the bottom of the form and an email will open with the completed form attached. 
  **Note: If you are using a web based email you may have to save the document and attach it manually and send to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
Step 6 -
Place the applicants name and Receipt ID number in the subject field and send the email. 
Step 7 -
Once we have the payment notification and the completed application we will issue the membership credentials.  They will be in effect untill the end of the year at which time you will need to renew your membership. 
  
NOTICE!
Payments made online or by check are non-refundable and will be considered a donation if a completed application is not received in a reasonable time.

Team Name
(This option is for teams to pay for their team members in one payment
it is important to submit an application for each team member individually
and place the PayPal receipt ID number or check number if paying by check
on each submission. Additionally, This option may only be used for new members,
anytime, or renewing members up until March 31st after which late fees will be due)
 
Applications will not be processed until all payments are confirmed.
